Full Volume was founded by Alasdair with a vision to provide professional and high-quality services in the field of aesthetics and healthcare. With over 20 years of experience as a pharmacist, Alasdair recognised the need for accessible and reliable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and earwax microsuction.
Driven by the desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, Alasdair was inspired to open Full Volume and offer services that address the needs of individuals who often struggle to access these treatments elsewhere. Seeing firsthand the impact of hearing loss caused by untreated earwax and the limited availability of such services, Alasdair aimed to provide a valuable solution and restore one of the most important senses for their patients.

Our Services and Coverage
We offer a range of services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and earwax microsuction. Our clinic is based in Middlesbrough, and we proudly serve the surrounding areas, including Great Ayton, Guisborough, and Yarm. For added convenience, we also provide home visits for a nominal call-out fee of £20, available during evenings and weekends.
Join Us at Our Pop-Up Shop
We are excited to announce that Full Volume will be hosting a pop-up shop in Yarm High Street on the 22nd of July. Take advantage of this opportunity to receive a free ear examination and consultation, normally priced at £30. Additionally, if earwax removal is required, you can avail it at a discounted rate of £10 for one ear or £30 for both. While bookings for Botox and dermal fillers cannot be accommodated on the same day due to space limitations, Alasdair will be available to answer any questions and schedule future appointments.
